Riverstone Real Estate Appraisal Inc. was founded in 2025 by Lynn Smillie, P.App, CRA. Since beginning her appraisal career in 2016, Lynn has developed extensive experience across a wide range of property types, with a particular focus on rural and agricultural valuations.
Her work includes appraising intensive agricultural operations, rural residential properties, and complex or specialized real estate assets. This depth of experience is particularly valuable for assignments involving financing, litigation support, estate matters, and other situations where well-supported, defensible valuations are essential.
Riverstone also works in collaboration with a trusted network of AACI-designated appraisers, allowing the firm to support a broad range of residential, agricultural, and commercial appraisal assignments across its service area.
